HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO CHARTER A BUS?

The cost of charter bus and event transportation isn’t one-price-fits-all. Multiple factors including your destination, the time of year, and your group’s size affect the overall cost.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY CHARTER BUS RENTAL?

Normally 1 to 3 months in advance is recommended. However some dates in April, May, June and many weekend dates will book full 6-9 months in advance, while other times in January and February can be booked up to a week before your trip.

DO ALL CHARTER BUSES HAVE BATHROOMS?

Our coach buses are equipped with a bathroom. However, bathroom contents are only emptied at the end of the trip. For the comfort of all passengers, please use the bus bathroom only in cases of true emergency.

CAN WE TAKE FOOD OR DRINKS ON THE CHARTER BUSES?

Yes, food and drinks on the charter bus rental are permitted. We supply trash bags, and request that the coach is kept picked-up for the group's comfort.

CAN I CHANGE MY BOOKING?

Yes. You can change your booking by contacting a sales agent or using our online reservation system. Note that changes could alter the price of the trip.

CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?

You can cancel your booking two weeks in advance of your trip and cancellation fee might be involved. Other fees may apply for cancellations within the two-week window of your trip.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards, checks and money orders to pay for charter bookings.

WHAT AMENITIES DO YOUR COACHES OFFER?

Our coaches come standard with reclining seats with foot rests, DVD player with flat screen video monitors, power outlets for electronics, ample luggage space, lavatory and Wi-Fi internet access.

IS THERE ROOM TO STORE LUGGAGE AND OTHER ITEMS ON THE COACH?

Yes. Our charter coaches have a vast undercarriage luggage compartment to accommodate multiple pieces of luggage for the number of passengers the coach was built for. On board the coach there are overhead luggage racks that can accommodate small bags or clothing.

CAN I BRING A CHILD SAFETY SEAT ON BOARD?

Passengers are welcome to use their own child safety seats onboard our equipment. It is your responsibility to ensure that such seats are approved for use onboard buses and that you bring any and all additional equipment that may be required to properly use such seats such as safety strapping and belts. Superbus does not provide strapping or other child safety seat required equipment. The use of such safety seats may require the purchase of a second ticket. Contact your Superbus representative BEFORE traveling.

CAN I TAKE MY BICYCLES, SKIS ETC. ON BOARD?

All coaches come with substantial luggage compartments that can store things like bicycles, skis etc. Check with your group leader to ensure there is space while keeping other travelers’ luggage in mind. Contact a sales representative if you have any questions.
